Meeting the challenge of the railroad industry in the decades ahead will require high-quality products and the foresight, determination, and technical expertise of supplier management. To help meet these needs, the RTA wishes to assist future industry leaders. We are pleased to again offer two scholarships of $2,000.00 each for the 2013-14 academic year.
Each application will be reviewed with emphasis placed on the following criteria:

The Education Committee may also award or deduct up to 50 points for your written narrative depending on the quality of your writing, how clearly you state your career objectives, leadership, academics, and financial need, as well as how familiar you are with the wood crosstie industry.
